What happens if an agent holds an open house during Coming Soon status?

It is a violation of SEFMLS rules. The fine schedule (revised September 2025) sets the 1st violation at $1,000, 2nd at $2,500, and 3rd at $5,000. The overall maximum fine is $15,000, though that cap is currently under review following NAR NXT December 2025.
