Select campaign
Open the campaign you want to audit from your dashboard. Only published campaigns with at least one completion are exportable.

Review roster
Check the completion roster to confirm all required learners have finished. Filter by status to identify outstanding assignments.

Download ZIP
Click Export to generate a ZIP archive. The file includes a completion roster CSV, individual signed receipts, and evidence references.

Verify receipts
Spot-check several receipts to ensure each one lists the correct evidence clauses and completion timestamp.

Share with compliance team
Send the ZIP to your compliance officer or upload it to your document management system. The pack is self-contained and auditor-ready.
