What the MLS Requires
- Submit the listing to SEFMLS within 1 business day of any public marketing activity.
- Submit the listing to SEFMLS within 2 business days of the effective date of the listing agreement, regardless of marketing.
- For Coming Soon: obtain a signed Seller Authorization Form and submit to SEFMLS; no showings or open houses are permitted during the Coming Soon period.
- Coming Soon status may not be used more than once per year for the same property unless it has been sold/rented or listed with a new brokerage.
- For Office Exclusive: complete MIAMI-10 Seller Authorization Form and email to mls@miamire.com within 2 business days of the signed listing agreement; no public marketing is permitted.
- For a first violation, mandatory education may be substituted for the monetary fine if completed within 30 calendar days.
