Attestation
Formal acknowledgement that a learner has read, understood, and accepted a policy or rule change.
Attestations are captured at the end of a Campaign Runner session and recorded with a timestamp and learner identity. They form a key part of the audit trail for regulatory compliance.
How RuleProof uses this
RuleProof captures attestations at the final step of every Campaign Runner session. Each attestation is cryptographically hashed and stored alongside the learner's identity, timestamp, and the specific policy version they acknowledged. This creates an immutable compliance record that can be exported as part of an Audit Pack.
